Terms and Conditions
Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC
1. Acceptance of Services
- The client or payer understands that they are under no obligation to utilize the services of Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC.
- The company operates under limited liability when providing care to clients, in accordance with relevant laws and ordinances.
2. Confidentiality
- No information will be shared with other entities without prior consent of the consumer or the consumer's advocate.
- All personal and medical information will be kept confidential, ensuring privacy and respect for the consumer.
3. Non-Solicitation
- The consumer agrees not to solicit caregivers employed by Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC for a period of five years following the termination of services.
4. Nature of Services
- The services provided by Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC are non-medical care services.
- These services include, but are not limited to, assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
5. Notification of Changes
- The consumer or their advocate agrees to notify the company of any needed changes or adjustments while the company is under contract to provide services.
6. Payment Terms
- The consumer or advocate agrees to provide partial payment before the commencement of services.
- The remaining balance is to be paid in full within 10 days of service, or according to the payment schedule recorded at the time of the nursing assessment.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC will not be held liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the provision of care services, except as required by law.

Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC
1. No Refunds
- Heaven's Hand Homecare LLC does not issue refunds for deposits, monies paid for care services, or class registrations.
2. Change in Service Dates
- For class registrations, the company will honor a change in service dates within a 90-day period from the original registration date.
- For caregiving services, the company will honor a change in service dates within a 45-day period from the original service date.
- Failure to request changes within the specified time frames will result in forfeiture of deposited funds.
3. Returned Checks
- If a check is returned, the consumer or their advocate will be charged a $40.00 check return fee, payable upon invoice.
- No further checks will be accepted in this instance.
4. Declined Credit Cards
-** If a credit card is declined and the company is unable to collect payment, the company will take legal action to recover funds and any related expenditures, in accordance with state law.
